Whaaa?

"Don't delay, bump it up today!"

So thats how those ladies in Utah get their hair so big.

Should I buy the rock star size so I can fit in when I head up to Utah this December?

I love

...this book!

I picked this up at Target before my flight back to Hawaii. I LOVED IT. It was written by a practicing small animal veterinarian, and it mainly contains stories about his many experiences of veterinary practice. He also talks about so many animal issues and explains how he came to be a veterinarian and how his experiences helped him to be how he is now. I was hanging on every word---it was so interesting! Ok, my opinion might be a little biased .... but I think everyone would enjoy it! And who doesn't love the cute little guy on the cover?

Other fun

Other than the wedding, I got to go around and do some fun things.

I got to see these cute kids!

...Went and hung out with my sister in law Bryn! We went to go get our nails done (which I so desperately needed!) before the wedding, which was a lot of fun.

I got to go see the family---and the wiener dogs!

...who have mastered the art of begging. These three knew I give in to begging, so I had a herd of followers the past week. I was eating a cookie when I took this picture.

I also got to celebrate my birthday with my family, who took me shopping at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. Never been there before, but I liked it. We had a lot of fun!

And I also got to eat at City Bagel with Mom, Jordie and Noelle.....MMmmmMMmm....One of my favorite places to eat.

Also saw Transformers II----not so good.

As fun as the trip was, I am so happy to see my favorite person again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh yeah and him:

Mariana and Trevor's Wedding

I'm baaaaaaaacccck!!!

I forgot how HUMID AND HOT Hawaii is. I'm already dying over here!!

I flew back in this morning. Kelly was on my flight and out of the entire plane we ended up sitting 2 seats next to each other. Weird!! I was so happy to see Seth at the airport, who surprised me with a Lei!

Anyway, last weekend was Mariana and Trevor's wedding in La Jolla California.

The wedding and reception were both beautiful, and it was fun seeing everyone all at the same time. The wedding was at a park with an amazing view of the coast.

Mariana, her parents, and newlywed husband Trevor. Love Mariana's dress!!!!

Seth and Kelly:

The reception--gorgeous! It had a Hawaiian theme, so Seth dressed the part. He looked so cute. All he needed was a briefcase and he could have been a professor at BYUH. Here his is with his brother Henry.

I loved this tree so much. Especially how decorated it was. I tried to get a picture of it at night, but it didn't turn out.

The cake and table arrangements:

..and don't forget the cool pool lighting.

I would have got more pictures, but I was busy eating all the delicious food!

Today I love...

These Nike Core Race-Day No-Sew Women's Capris!

I got these 2 weeks ago and I love them. They are so light and comfortable, and I don't have running shorts flapping around my legs when I'm out running. I admit I feel a little self conscious in these since they are form fitting and thin, but when I run long distance I'm definitely grateful to have them. They are ridiculously LIGHT and the fabric keeps you dry! They are so great! I'd recommend these to everyone!

Today's extravaganza

As promised, I lazily documented today's activities...

We started off going to our 2nd home. I love the ladies there! Since we go there so much they practically treat us like family.
I got my usual Sunset sandwich... MMMMmmmMMM... I cannot even begin to tell you how addicted to these I am. Good thing its not against the WOW to be addicted to Stortos sandwiches. I would be in big trouble.

Then we took it to our favorite beach to munch on....

Went to Sandy's....

Checked out the blowhole....first time I've ever seen it. Every time we drive by, I always say, "Wait, there's a blowhole there?" and Seth finally pulled over to show me. Hopefully I remember that the next time we drive by.

Came back to Fatty. As you can tell from this picture, he was ecstatic to see us.

...and ate a delicious teriyaki chicken dinner!

Absent.

I've been lacking on blogging because I just don't have much to post about.

I mean, if you wanted I could post about work, but thats lame. Or about how I've been craving an In N Out Double Double for the last 6 months!!

But today Seth and I are going to our "secret beach," as I like to call it, so I will document the day and post pictures later.

This Thursday we are going to be living at one of Seth's client's house for a little over a week to watch him while his mom in on the mainland.

But... we are also flying to the mainland this weekend for Mariana and Trevor's wedding! Seth is flying back here on Sunday morning so his client will only be living by himself for 2 days, and I am staying with my family until next Wednesday so we can have a belated birthday celebration and to just hang out. So if you're going to be in Murrieta next tuesday and wednesday, give me a call!

Thats all the boring news for now....

Happy Wednesday

Love, Fatty.

This is who I got to hang out with today:

After long months of work, the hippo head is finally ready to go to the museum. (Isn't my job just fantastic?...*sarcasm*)

I was attempting to move it today, and realized that there is no way my tiny arms can move this thing.

This weekend...

...consisted of...

...Birthday shopping for a new pair of sandals. I love them. You like? Please ignore my poorly manicured feet. I'm counting on my mom to help me fix this problem when I go to Cali in a few weeks.

...Watching Seinfeld. Refer to post a few days ago.

...Talking to turtles.

...Picking up more responsiblities at my job since my co-worker headed to the mainland for the summer. He told me he would leave me a list of thing to get done. I went to go pick up the keys to the museum and the cadaver room, and this is only HALF of what I found (front AND back, mind you):

...taking fatty to go hang out with grandma. Played with fatty for a bit, and grandma took me shopping for my birthday!

She's throwing a ball for him in this one:

...Went to church... at 2 pm!! Soooo late!

...Found Vado! We got Vado on our honeymoon to Manzanillo (aka the middle of nowhere!), Mexico. I bargained for it at a flea market!

Well here's to a new week! Cheers!

Tortugas!

Yesterday Seth took me to a beach that I've never been to before. It was amazing.

There were turtles everywhere. The reef was covered in algae, so they were munching along while I swam with them (and probably bothered them!).

My new favorite beach.

The Kramer

Look familiar anyone?

If you didn't know, Seth and I are Seinfeld fanatics. We own all 9 nine seasons of Seinfeld on DVD and watch them all of the time. Last year we saved up all of our money to fly to Las Vegas over the weekend to see Jerry Seinfeld perform live! That was the most awesome experience by the way..after the show he did his famous "Hello... ... NEWMAN!" for the audience and I almost died. We also always quote things from Seinfeld like, "Serenity now!!" and "These pretzels are making me thirsty" and "STELLLAAAA"  and "That's GOLD Jerry..GOLD.". Funniest show ever.

ANYWAY, so I found this poster, The Kramer, online. It was really cheap, so I ordered it.

And now it is hanging over our TV in our living room. And I laugh every time I see it.

Seinfeld rocks.

22

Thanks everyone for the wonderful birthday wishes!

I really had the BEST day ever.

All I wanted was a relaxing day from school, and Seth made it possible! We started off by getting lunch and going to the beach for a while. We have a "secret spot" that we always go to, and it was a perfect day to go. Of course, I've been hibernating in the library for the last few semesters, so my pale skin got a sunburn. Then Seth brought me home to open presents! I was able to go shopping for a bit while Seth was at work, which was so much fun, thanks to my mother in law, Pattie (Thank you so much!). Then (my favorite part) Seth took me to DUKES, which is the best restaurant in the world. My mouth is watering just thinking about how good the food is there. He got me a lei to wear too. It was such a great day! It really couldn't have been better. Seth made my 22nd birthday the best birthday I've had yet! It was really nice to get phone calls from my friends and some of my family who remembered. Even Fatty was nicer to me and didn't slobber (as much as usual) so I wouldn't have that much to clean up.

Thanks for giving me a call and remembering! It really meant the world to me. It feels so nice to be thought of on your birthday.

I got some interesting versions of "Happy Birthday" from friends too, which was one of my favorite parts (Nate and Camille).

But now I am back to the reality of my undergraduate schooling. I actually should be studying now, since I have a final in a few hours.

And the next semester starts in a few days! I decided to take some classes after all to boost my GPA.

Back to work!! One more final and then I can relax for a few days!

What? A giant cupcake?

Wow I've never seen this before! You can buy a giant 3D cupcake pan here made by the Wilton Company.

I want a giant cupcake! MmmmmmMMMmm...

??

Should we get some more Fatties? When we move to the mainland of course!

Its been a while since I've last posted. I'm usually a regular blogger, but lately I've had nothing to blog about!

Tuesday is a special day. Maybe I'll write about it. Maybe I won't.

We went to Stortos like everyday last week. We walk in and they know our names and sandwiches. Its awesome!

A roach crawled down my leg while I was sitting on the couch. I almost DIED.

A found a female fatty in Waikiki. Its Baloo's girlfriend!

This term ends this Wednesday. Everyone I know is graduating. Its a huge bummer to hear about it since I was supposed to graduate this week! I guess December isn't TOO far away.

Welp. I told you I had nothing to blog about! Maybe I'll think of something interesting this week.

One of my favorite pictures:
